Fourth Grade!

Aeden survived his first day of fourth grade...even though someone (mom whistles and looks the other way) did not read the new supply list that came with the teacher announcement very carefully. Apparently plastic, 3-holed, color-coded folders were needed; he had paper, non-3-holed, color-coded folders...it worked out.


Aeden's teacher(s) are new to his school this year. He gets to switch classes for ELA while his teacher teaches another 4th grade class math. I think that is pretty cool, but he has to carry his big (2"!) binder everywhere he goes, he says he is too old for the heavy load...

Notice that there is no backpack to be seen on the first day of school? He had already put it in the car and was busy playing frisbee.
