Dear July Baby Friends,
For all of you babies out there who are trying to figure out what kind of napping schedule to have (and I know your moms are thinking about it to). Here is a great one: feel free to improve upon it.
Have your mom take you to run a couple of errands, then ten minutes from the house, fall asleep.
When you are taken out of the car, insist on having a little bit of bottle, and yawn and rub your eyes like you are really tired. This will make your mom start your naptime routine.
While mama is rocking you (as you eat your bottle, but after she reads the story) take one hand off your bottle and rub her cheeks and mouth and make soft cooing noises at her (moms love this stuff).
Then as soon as she lays you down, smile really wide and kick your feet. She isn't going to fall for it, so don't even try...act like you are just going to lay there and go to sleep.
Next, talk for awhile, take a sock off, scoot around your bed, talk for awhile, dirty your diaper, be really quiet, take your other sock off and chew on it.
By now your mom has noticed that you are quiet, and she will come and check on you. When that happens, stick sock in mouth, give her a great big grin, and hold out your arms (make sure your diaper is good and stinky as well)...mama will sniff the air, and be unable to resist the arms, so of course she will have to pick you up.
Get diaper changed...start process all over again.
Good luck babies,
Love,Aeden :)
