Pumpkin Dump Cake

Aeden made pumpkin dump cake. The recipe specified a 9x13 glass baking pan. He couldn't find one so instead of asking for assistance he used a cookie sheet!

Aedenisms?

These were on the whiteboard when I got home from work. The first one references Aeden's lack of
remembering key details on his quiz/test. I have no idea what the second one references.

Teen Angst

Aeden had a rough day.  He got a B on a Social Studies test and is upset about it.  We tried to talk to him about what he could do differently but he wouldn't (couldn't) listen.  We then offered him dinner but he stated that he wasn't hungry.  The next thing I know he is in his room with the door shut.

Apparently we have reached the "Keep Out" phase of his life.

Lexile Score

Aeden's end of 7th grade lexile score was 1292.

Beginning of 8th grade, he has a score of 1305.

Fishing

Aeden got to go fishing with Papa, Tigtigs, Riley & Evan over the weekend.
